uptown18.com has a return policy of 7 days*. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, you are no more eligible for merchandise exchange or return.
To be eligible for a return, your product should be unused and in the same condition as delivered to you. It must also be in the original packing. While our products undergo a thorough quality check before being dispatched, if there are any damages in the transit and you receive a product in a damaged condition, immediately inform us and we will have a replacement sent to you right away. Once we receive your return, the product is immediately sent for an inspection. After receiving a green signal from our inspection team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have successfully received your returned item.
