We believe that shipping is an integral part of an online shopping experience. After purchasing merchandise online, the main question that comes to your mind is “When will I receive my merchandize ordered?” At uptown18.com, we are committed to ensure that the products you purchase are delivery in an organized and timely manner.

While you may be buying different products from different sellers, located in different geographical areas with varied levels of professionalism/sophistication, we ensure that shipping time and cost are minimal and the quality of your merchandize is maintained throughout the process.

Each order received is processed within 15 days and you will be intimated along each step of the way i.e. when the order is placed, processed, shipped and delivered. We are partners with the top most courier and logistics service providers to ensure that you receive your order on-time and safely. In case you have any questions in regards to order delivery, you can contact our Customer Support executives and we will resolve all your problems right away.

The delivery time frame mentioned in the product and order details are tentatively estimated. Actual delivery time of the order depends upon the availability of the products at the seller, address where the order needs to be delivered, courier issues and other circumstances that may affect the delivery. Return Policy

uptown18.com has a return policy of 7 days*. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, you are no more eligible for merchandise exchange or return.

To be eligible for a return, your product should be unused and in the same condition as delivered to you. It must also be in the original packing. While our products undergo a thorough quality check before being dispatched, if there are any damages in the transit and you receive a product in a damaged condition, immediately inform us and we will have a replacement sent to you right away. A number of goods are exempted from being returned. They are as follows:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers etc.
  • Newspapers, magazines and gift cards
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

In order to complete your return, we request you to show a receipt or proof of your purchase. Please do not send back the purchase to the manufacturer/seller.

In some situations only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as: -

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
  • Any item which is not in its original condition, is damaged or has some parts missing for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item which has been returned after the 7 day delivery period due to an uncontrollable reason

Once we receive your return, the product is immediately sent for an inspection. After receiving a green signal from our inspection team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have successfully received your returned item. We will also notify you about the rejection or approval of your refund.

In case the request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited automatically to the original mode of payment within 10 business days. In case a return request is rejected, you will again be intimated about the reasons behind the rejection through an email from our side.

Late or missing refunds

In case you have not received a refund yet, we request you to first check your bank account again. If the credit amount does not reflect in your account statement, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund officially reflects in the account used for the purchase transaction. Next, contact your bank. Often there is some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still haven't received the refund, please contact our Customer Support and report the issue. We shall take the necessary actions immediately to address the concern at hand.
